Refund Policy

Effective and last updated: 19 October 2026

• Free trial: Monthly and Yearly start with 7 free days. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
• 14 days: if you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment — the first payment after the trial, a renewal, or the lifetime purchase. Pro ends when the refund is made.
• After 14 days: payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Family: a refund covers the whole family plan; members lose Pro with it.
• Where consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt or use the link in it, or write to akaidahmedarshad@gmail.com with the email you paid with. Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
