Questions before you start
How does the free trial work?
Monthly and Yearly start with 7 free days. A card or other payment method is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before
it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan starts at the price shown.
Who is in the family?
The person who buys Pro adds up to 3 more people by email — 4 in all. Each signs in with their own account and uses Pro on up to 2 devices, for
example one phone and one computer.
How do I cancel or change plan?
In Focus Action → Plan → "Change card, plan or cancel". Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. A Lifetime purchase stops a running
Monthly or Yearly plan for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, adds the right tax for your country and sends your receipt. We never see your card
number.
Does Pro work in the Android app and the browser extension?
Yes. They use the same account — buy once on the website and Pro works on every device you sign in to.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The focus timer keeps working and your lists, stats and journal come back when Pro does. You can delete your account and data
any time.
