Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Focus Action (the Android app or focusaction.arimailabs.com) and sign in.
2. Tap Account (the person icon, top right).
3. At the bottom, tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

If you pay for a monthly or yearly Pro plan, cancel it first (Account → See plans → "Change card, plan or cancel"); a lifetime plan needs nothing.

By email

Write to akaidahmedarshad@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, age), settings, tasks, focus sessions, notes and their pictures, screen time, sleep journal, devices, locks and unlock history, the partners you added, your Google Calendar link and your family plan with its members.
• You are also removed from other people's partner lists and family plans.
• Kept: Paddle (our payment reseller) keeps invoices and payment records as tax law requires; we keep nothing else. Server logs that may include request data expire on their own within 30 days.

Uninstalling the app or removing the extension deletes what they kept on that device.
